Select “Properties” module under “Configuration” in the “Automize Feedback” application in the main menu of ServiceNow

On this page you can configure several properties for the Automize Service Portal Feedback application. Configure these settings as needed. Please note that the Agilde Development plugin must be activated to enable the creation of Defects or Enhancements.
